Building an Inclusive School

This workshop addresses the need for school staff and administrators to build a foundational climate of respect and inclusion among their staff as well as with the student body at large. Participants learn skills to identify their own cultural lenses and the lenses of others, strengthen respect and communication among colleagues, and build the skills necessary to creating an inclusive and welcoming school environments, including responding effectively to prejudicial remarks and/or behaviors.
